Year 2 Attain market share in product categories through sales volumes and specification value
Decision making authority (Decisions expected)
- Understanding various schemes and road maps and implementing strategy to counter and
gain market share
- Allocating responsibility to right channel partners authorization to reach a y-o-y growth as
defined by company management
- Product positioning for specification required by influencers & negotiate pricing within the
price policy guidelines set by company.
- Analyze market opportunity and develop win-win business relationships for potential
partners
- In charge of the business relationship with all potential and existing clients in the designated
area, assess sales opportunities, develop and present creative proposals that ensure closing
the sale
Educational Background and Work Experience
7 to 10 years ( 5 years in Civil Industry related to Construction Chemicals)
