Job Description

Territory Sales Officer will be responsible for driving sales growth and market penetration within the assigned territory. This includes identifying new business opportunities, managing distributor/retailer relationships, ensuring effective product placement, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute territory-wise sales plans
  • Manage and grow dealer/distributor network
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity
  • Ensure product availability and visibility in retail outlets
  • Achieve sales and collection targets

Requirements:

  • Graduate with 2+ years of field sales experience (Retail preferred)
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the territory
