Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, handling inbound inquiries, and achieving sales or lead generation targets. This role is critical in building customer relationships and supporting our business growth. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote products/services. Answer incoming calls from customers and resolve their queries. Maintain customer records and update CRM systems with call details. Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics. Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets. Follow up on leads and ensure timely responses. Provide accurate information about products or services. Handle complaints and objections professionally. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
