Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. The role involves making outbound calls to potential or existing customers to generate leads, provide product/service information, and resolve queries. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services. Answer incoming calls from customers and address inquiries. Generate leads and follow up on previous interactions. Maintain detailed records of calls, conversations, and customer information. Handle complaints or objections professionally and escalate if needed. Maintain a positive and friendly attitude in all interactions.
