Job Description

Tele callers of at least 1 yr experience in Overseas Education Industry interested can apply. Below are the duties candidates required to fulfill- 1. Outbound / Inbound Calling: Make outbound / inbound calls to potential clients to generate leads for abroad education services. 2. Identify and qualify leads by understanding the client's. 3. Stay informed about the services offered and effectively communicate the features and benefits to prospective clients. requirements and assessing their needs. 4. Maintain regular follow-ups with potential clients to nurture leads and convert them into opportunities. 5. Keep accurate records of calls, client information, and interactions in the database. We are looking for candidates who are self driven, committed to responsibilities and are thrive themselves for best results. Bonus/Incentives will be awarded according to your performance.
