As a Tele Counsellor in an Aesthetic Clinic, key performance indicators (KPIs) are important to assess the effectiveness of the role in driving patient satisfaction, business growth, and overall clinic performance. Here are some relevant KPIs for this role:

2. Fix appointments and forward the lead to sales team
