Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and confident Telecaller Executive who will be responsible for making outbound calls, following up with leads, explaining our services, and scheduling appointments with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients from the database or lead list
• Explain company services such as SMS Marketing, WhatsApp API, Website Development, etc.
• Generate interest and schedule follow-up meetings for the sales team
• Maintain call logs and update CRM with relevant client information
• Follow up on warm leads and maintain consistent communication
• Handle basic queries professionally and escalate complex cases to the senior team
• Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• 0 to 2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English
• Confident, polite, and persuasive over the phone
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools)
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
