Required Skills & Qualifications: · 5–10 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or a related field (experience in technical/engineering sectors is a plus). · Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi (verbal and written). · Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools. · Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. · Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and corporate stakeholders. SHOPFLOOR PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR ROLE 1. Manpower a. Work allocation, Supervision and Daily report by email of work being done on shopfloor b. Outdoor Deputation planning, taking report from team and arranging resources. c. Leave and attendance monitoring. d. Inspection of Fabricated and Machined items e. 5S and Housekeeping on shopfloor f. Coordination with manpower with System Department for Machine Wiring g. Coordination for Demo /Trials of Robot/Equipment on shopfloor. 2. Material a. Refer to Mechanical Drawing and discuss technical details with Design and understand the raw material required and it's assembly b. Drawing related queries and SOBOM Monitoring c. Refer to Reports in Analytics (Rpt Reservation and Purchase Received ) and follow up for shortfall material with Purchase d. Receive the issued material (Transfer Orders) from Stores and keep them on the Project Racks labelled accordingly e. Coordination with Purchase and Vendor for machined/fabricated items Return of Excess material back to Stores. Purchase f. g. Giving feedback for Vision Consumables required on shopfloor which is not put in SOBOM h.
