I do not understand why the position would go on hold after giving 3 rounds of interview. This kind of practice has to be stopped by every company. Please do not ask for documents if you are not really interested to offer. Tell the candidate upfront whether he will be offered or not. No generic answers such as On hold etc.

They send a mail regarding interview call but they process are very late and recruiting process is not good because they giving same sheduled date giving for all candidates but finally they are telling today you can leave we will inform on next day.
