Techno-Functional Consultant

As an experienced SAP consultant with over 5 years of experience, you will be responsible for analyzing requirements for new functions and enhancements, proposing effective solutions, and working closely with a team lead and PM based in Japan. Your role will involve documenting system configuration design, guiding junior consultants in implementing and testing new functions or enhancements, as well as reviewing system configurations and test results completed by junior consultants. To excel in this position, you must possess knowledge and experience in the C4C specific module, preferably SalesCloud, and be able to clearly explain how C4C functions work. Your proven analytical and problem-solving skills will be crucial in addressing issues effectively. Additionally, your excellent collaboration skills will enable you to work seamlessly in a multicultural and multilingual team environment. In this role, your strong written and verbal communication skills will be essential for effective interaction with team members and stakeholders. Preferred skills and experience include proficiency in requirement/issue analysis, solution proposal, C4C scoping, and configuration in lead, activity, and opportunity areas. Experience in configuring authorization, screen layout, report & dashboard, and managing change projects in production will be valuable assets. While not mandatory, having experience in SAP S/4 HANA public cloud implementation in SD would be advantageous.
