Technician

• Vehicle Diagnosis: Use diagnostic tools and techniques to identify mechanical and electrical issues in cars.
• Repair and Maintenance: Perform repairs and scheduled maintenance on engines, brakes, suspension, transmission, and other systems.
• Electrical System Service: Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical components such as batteries, alternators, wiring, and lighting systems.
• Engine Tuning and Overhaul: Carry out engine tuning for performance optimization and undertake full engine overhauls when needed.
• Vehicle Inspection: Conduct detailed inspections to ensure the vehicle meets safety and emission standards.
• Use of Diagnostic Equipment: Operate OBD (On-Board Diagnostics) tools, scanners, and software to assess vehicle systems.
• Spare Parts Management: Identify and replace faulty parts with correct, quality-assured replacements.
• Customer Interaction: Communicate issues, repairs needed, and estimated costs to customers in a clear and professional manner.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and customer complaints/resolutions.
• Workplace Safety and Cleanliness: Follow safety procedures, use protective equipment, and maintain a clean and organized work area.
