Roles and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand features and updates for accurate documentation
• Design and develop content from scratch
• Develop and maintain comprehensive product help guides and documentation
• Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to continuously improve documentation and training materials
• Manage the documentation repository, ensuring easy accessibility and organization of materials
• Maintain Strong working relationships with Stakeholders, Informatics, Projects, Product Marketing, Service, and the global experience team.

Required Skills:

• Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to convey complex product information clearly and concisely.
• Good understanding of SDLC methodologies, such as Agile.
• Familiarity with Confluence, JIRA Understanding of WCAG and Accessibility principles in context of technical writing (e.g. formatting, compliance rules)
• Develop and maintain technical and API documentation.
• Use DITA and Oxygen for structured content authoring and to Create and publish documentation with MadCap Flare.
• Should be able to Manage XML-based documentation.
• Develop diagrams and workflows using MS Visio/Canva/Figma.
• Collaborate with teams to gather information and ensure content accuracy.

Must have skill –

• XML DITA
• SDL Tridion Docs
• X-MetaL
• GitHub
• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro DC
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and complete assignments within stipulated deadlines
