Technical Writer

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Technical Content Writer to produce clear, concise, and accurate documentation that helps users understand and use our products effectively. You will work closely with product managers to create user guides, knowledge base articles, and other content. This role requires a deep understanding of technical topics and the ability to communicate complex information in a user-friendly manner. Responsibilities - Create, edit, and maintain high-quality technical documentation including user manuals, setup guides and internal knowledge bases. - Translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and accurate content that is easy to understand. - Work closely with product managers and support teams to gather information and ensure technical accuracy. - Conduct independent research to fill knowledge gaps and stay current with product updates or new features. - Review and update existing content to reflect changes in products, technology, or processes. - Manage multiple writing projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Requirements - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams. - Strong research and analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset. - Proven ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts clearly and accurately. - Basic understanding of cybersecurity is a plus. - Experience with using or writing in Simplified Technical English
