As a Technical Project Manager with expertise on the Microsoft technology stack (including .NET, SQL Server, Azure, Generative AI, and Power Platform) and 10 to 15 years of experience, your role involves working with clients and internal stakeholders to plan and implement projects. You will be responsible for managing timelines, scope, budget, and resourcing, tracking project deliverables and performance, and developing comprehensive project plans. Additionally, you will collaborate with clients and stakeholders, write technical documents, create presentations and reports, and work with Agile methodology to execute sprints effectively. Your profile includes developing high-level and low-level product specifications, leading proof of concepts (POCs), communicating designs and concepts to the development team, overseeing team progress, providing technical guidance, ensuring software quality, and demonstrating advanced knowledge of development methodologies, software design patterns, and integration standards. You will lead a team of developers, take ownership of their work, and ensure quality releases for highly scalable systems. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced 24x7 environment and various shifts is required, and having PMP certification is a plus.
