Technical Product Manager

As a Technical Product Manager, you will define and manage the product roadmap to align with company objectives. You will collaborate with developers proficient in Node.js, React.js, and Flutter to create high-quality web and mobile features. Conducting competitive analysis and market research will be essential for identifying trends and opportunities. You will evaluate and implement AI-driven solutions and new technologies that provide value, while also drafting clear technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Leading Agile ceremonies and overseeing delivery using tools like Jira will be part of your responsibilities. Active engagement with design, QA, and stakeholders will ensure successful product releases. Monitoring usage, gathering feedback, and driving product improvements will also be key aspects of your role. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in technical product management and possess strong technical knowledge of Node.js, React.js, and modern web/mobile architecture. Proficiency in Jira, Agile methodology, and sprint planning is required, along with experience in market/competitor analysis and product benchmarking. An interest or background in AI integration and automation, as well as excellent communication and team leadership skills, are essential. Experience with Flutter or mobile-first product delivery, familiarity with UI/UX best practices and product experimentation, and a background in startup or scale-up product development are considered advantageous.,
