Role: Fullstack Developer (React/Node.js) Location: Bangalore / Noida Experience: 7 - 10 years Company: Emids Technologies Job Description We are looking for a passionate and experienced Fullstack Developer to join our dynamic team at Emids Technologies. In this role, you will lead the front-end development efforts using React, Next.js, and Redux, while also collaborating closely with the backend team working in Node.js. You will play a key role in building scalable, maintainable, and high-performance applications, guiding technical design decisions, and mentoring junior team members. Key Responsibilities Lead the architecture and implementation of modern front-end applications using React , Next.js , and Redux . Solve complex technical problems through deep debugging and optimization across front-end and integration layers. Collaborate with backend developers working in Node.js to define APIs, streamline data flow, and troubleshoot integration challenges. Establish and maintain scalable state management patterns using Redux for large and modular applications. Review code, mentor developers, and uphold high standards for code quality, performance, and maintainability. Take end-to-end ownership of deliverables from technical design to sprint execution and team productivity. Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, Design) to ensure delivery of seamless and intuitive features. Role Requirements 68 years of hands-on experience in fullstack development with a strong focus on React.js , Next.js , and Redux . Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript , HTML5 , CSS3 , and modern frontend tooling and build systems. Strong understanding of front-end architecture, state management, and component lifecycle. Working knowledge of Node.js with the ability to support and guide backend development efforts. Proven experience in mentoring teams, conducting code reviews, and driving agile software development practices.
