Role & responsibilities Develop content for product descriptions, technical documentation, case studies, technical blogs, and other marketing materials. Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather information and ensure accuracy of content. Translate complex technical information into easily understandable language for a non- technical audience. Edit and proofread technical documents for clarity, consistency, and accuracy. Ensure all content adheres to company style guidelines and brand voice. Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends and integrate relevant information into content. Work with the marketing team to optimize content for SEO and web usability. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in English, Technical Writing, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation. Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills in English. Strong analytical skills and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
