Recruitment process is not good as it's stand , they don't need experience candidate they have there own setup for recruitment, if you have good work experience than don't go there bcz they don't have value of your experience ,try somewhere else.

They dont know punctuality..They dont value candidate's time. If you are free for whole you can go for intrview, They think that candidates who are coming for interview are free so lets waste their time by making them sit for whole day juz for the sake of single round of interview.

Worst place to work their trainee aaushi is out of her sense she don't know if chair is making noise then it's chairs problem not the person sitting on it just because of that she didn't hire me . She has vanity of her designation

HR has taken our interview and then after 2 months batch were made and then also they just made the group of 8 people and start their special batch And they also told to that people to not reveal this info to anyone Grow up tech mahendra

Really a worst company ever.... If u r fluent in communication skills and u r experienced in any bpo sector then don't go and don't waste ur time for interview in tech Mahindra...... They will reject u without any logic.......

Location wise good, No Transportation, No Proper cafeteria, long work hours, forget about labour codes, not a right place for experienced people, don't go on name @Mahindra they don't even know what question's you should ask to experienced candidate. Not recommended.
