One the worst experience i have, The TL and Manager is very bad, they don't know how to talk to agent,i always stretch 5 hourrs extra, in regular base but they don't think that I'm human being. The DQ process is worst not know about the another process but main thing is that this process is very bad

Good place to work with. Situated at DLF 2 IT Park and their buildings are shared between two towers. Convenient to locate but transport issues are there after 8 pm. Food shops are there and one will not have to worry about in having their breakfast, lunch or diner. Overall, it's a good place to start your career.

I'm not even surprised Tech Mahindra is really terrible to work at, the work culture is pretty toxic and trash. Glad I left the company because of my TL Haraprasad Sahu's bad behaviour.

Though it's located in one of the initial IT hub places in Kolkata. The commute to the location and the nearby atmosphere is quite calm and peaceful. The amenities are good and are in accordance with a good eco friendly balance. Post COVID though there is less traffic but the workplaces are maintained thoroughly cleaned in all manners.
