Shape What You’ll Do: Conduct 30–45 min live technical screenings via video with aspiring consultants Serve as a Teaching Assistant (TA) to support learning and facilitation efforts Review assignments and address frequently asked questions (FAQs) Join Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) during facilitation mock sessions Assist in drafting learner profiles Contribute to various facilitation-related tasks as needed Evaluate candidates on: OOPs fundamentals Data structures & algorithms Coding (live or pseudo coding) Conceptual understanding of SDLC, APIs, and databases Share clear evaluation reports (pass/fail) with actionable feedback Collaborate with recruiters to refine screening benchmarks Spot trainable talent, not just polished resumes What You Bring: 3+ years of hands-on coding experience in one or more of the following: iOS, Android, Data Engineering, AWS, Azure, React Native, or full-stack development Strong command of Object-Oriented Programming and core coding concepts Prior experience conducting technical interviews or mentoring junior devs Ability to communicate clearly, assess potential, and think beyond the resume Bonus: Experience with platforms like HackerRank, Codility, or CoderPad Why This Role? 100% remote Make a direct impact on who gets hired and trained for real client projects Be part of a mission to bridge the gap between raw talent and billable consulting
