Purpose of the Role

1) Responsible for execution of analysis, reporting, and maintenance on customer and market data (new and existing), to aid the sales and marketing process, and meet organisations long term objectives

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

1)Execute analysis, reporting, and maintenance on customer and market data (new and existing), to aid the sales and marketing process, and meet organisations long term objectives implemented customer focused strategies and solutions to drive revenue growth

2)Support DIC to identify new areas./ opportunities for LMW in terms of customers, markets, products through data analysis

3)Use customer data analysis to proactively predict customer needs thereby enabling its solutions through LMW services and products

4)Identify potential customers / prospects

5)Discover the critical information about these prospects required to target them appropriately with campaigns and business development process

6)Monitor and maintain data quality within the customer database

7)Update existing customer and market mapped data into the system

8)Set priority of segment to extract data

9)Define sources to be used for data extraction

10)Execute data extraction for new prospects ton daily basis (zone wise, geographic location and Industry segment)

11)Execute conversion of extracted database into CRM format

12)Maintain sanctity of database and data accuracy

13)Maintain and update dashboard of clean-up activity and share with campaign manager

14)Transfer generated new prospects campaign caller for calling campaign activity.

15)Maintain of consistently high data quality

16)Ensure recording of all client contacts in real time in CRM

17)Develop insights and suggest recommendations for improvement

18)Ensure adherence to business excellence processes and policies in all activities of the department

19)Developing training schedule plans for closing those gaps and feedback mechanism for evaluating the same.

20)Suggest and use of latest technologies and tools for Analytics & CRM team

21)Evaluate new technologies to improve and optimize database system for future market campaign.

22)Use of technology to automate and enhance efficiency of the activities conducted by Analytics & CRM team
