Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead - Content Review to oversee a team of content moderators responsible for ensuring the safety, accuracy, and appropriateness of user-generated content across our platform. .

Roles and Responsibilities :

Lead, coach, and mentor a team of content reviewers to meet performance targets and quality benchmarks.

Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and training to ensure high standards of accuracy and efficiency.

Collaborate with policy, legal, and product teams to stay updated on content moderation guidelines and implement them effectively.

Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the development of content review strategies and best practices.

Prepare reports, analyze trends, and present performance data to management.

Foster a supportive and resilient team environment, especially in handling sensitive or disturbing content.

Eligibility :

3+ years of experience in content moderation, trust & safety, or a similar field, including at least 1 year in a Team Lead on paper.

Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Graduation is Mandatory
