Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support the company's growth and success. This role will partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, manage the full-cycle recruitment process, and help build a strong employer brand. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers. Source candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking, and other creative channels. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings. Conduct initial interviews and assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain accurate records in the applicant database. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns. Stay updated on labor legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience (1+ years) as a recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role. Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
