Tableau Developer- Immediate Joiners Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Tableau Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, with strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and transformation. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain advanced Tableau dashboards and reports based on business requirements. Gather and analyze data requirements from stakeholders and translate them into actionable visual solutions. Write complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various data sources. Optimize dashboards and queries for performance and scalability. Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business users to deliver insights and data visualizations. Perform data validation and troubleshooting to ensure accuracy and consistency of reporting. Maintain documentation for dashboards, data sources, and processes. Required Skills & Qualifications: 4+ years of hands-on experience with Tableau in a development or reporting role. Strong proficiency in SQL with experience in writing complex queries. Understanding of data warehousing concepts and database structures. Ability to translate business requirements into visual dashboards. Experience in data blending, calculated fields, LOD expressions, and performance tuning in Tableau. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with other BI tools or scripting languages (e.g., Python, R) is a plus. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is advantageous. Tableau certification is a plus.
