Responsibilities: - Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software systems. - Provide desktop support and troubleshoot hardware issues. - Setup and manage user accounts and permissions. - Ensure proper functioning of all IT equipment. - Maintain an inventory of IT hardware. - Assist in the procurement of new hardware and software. - Monitor and manage network connections. - Provide technical support to end-users on-site. - Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies.
