We are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Success Manager to serve as a trusted advisor for our clients and guide them through the various stages of product implementation. Using a consultative approach, you will be responsible for planning and overseeing account relationships with a primary focus on product adoption and client success. Your key responsibilities will include owning the client journey from onboarding to adoption, renewal, and growth. As the end-to-end account owner for a specific set of accounts, you will have a keen eye for identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling, as well as a proficiency for numbers.
