Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver training modules on soft skills including communication, presentation, body language, group discussion, personal grooming, interview techniques, and workplace etiquette. Conduct mock interviews, group discussions, and resume-building workshops. Assess student performance through evaluations, role-plays, and feedback sessions. Coordinate with academic departments to schedule training sessions aligned with placement drives. Customize training plans based on student needs, academic levels, and industry expectations. Maintain training records, feedback logs, and generate progress reports for student batches. Collaborate with industry professionals, alumni, and recruiters to align content with real-world requirements. Contribute to organizing career counseling sessions and pre-placement preparation programs. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (mandatory); Master’s degree in English, Psychology, HR, or a related field (preferred).
