About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain financial reports and Management Information Systems (MIS) 2. Analyze financial data and interpret trends to assist in decision-making 3. Work extensively with Microsoft Excel for financial modeling, data manipulation, and dashboard creation 4. Read, interpret, and present balance sheets and other financial statements 5. Conduct market and business research to support financial planning 6. Support internal financial management processes and budgeting activities 7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting systems and processes Requirements: 1. Possess a minimum of 2 years of professional work experience (not necessarily in a financial analyst role but preferred) 2. Demonstrate strong command over Excel, including advanced functions such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and Power Query 3. Exhibit a solid understanding of balance sheet structure and financial principles 4. Showcase excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills 5. Operate as a self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines 6.
