Job Description

Role & responsibilities Responsible for managing 3P (Third-Party) packaging units to ensure timely delivery and compliance. Key metrics delivered: Production Compliance and Dispatch Compliance, Reducing manufacturing variable cost, Accountable for identifying interventions in technology and automation to optimize Total Delivered Cost. Collaborates closely with central planning and procurement teams for PM (Packaging Material) and RM (Raw Material) planning. Oversees block-wise/month-wise planning and ensures 3P delivery through coordination with the supply chain team. Engaged in long-term capacity planning; proposes budgets and required interventions. Scouts for new technology to reduce manpower and manufacturing cost Manages and reviews 3P costing, incorporating necessary changes as required over time. 3P plan allocation to reduce overall manufacturing variable cost. Guides and implements MMEM, 5S, TPM, TQM, and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance productivity and quality. Ensures alignment with business needs and supply chain requirements. Leads implementation of systems and processes for operational excellence. Liaises with 3P vendors, suppliers, government authorities, and key opinion leaders. Ensure harmonious employee relations on the shop floor. Mentor and develop executives for higher-level responsibilities. Drive employee engagement initiatives at the plant level. Oversee and manage Stock Taking, Loss Management and waste disposal operations. Plan and coordinate supply chain activities. Ensure statutory compliance in all supply chain operations. Preferred candidate profile Minimum Experience of 7-12 years in FMCG company Worked in factory supply chain role
