We are seeking a proactive and experienced Supply Chain Manager with 10-12 years of industry experience to lead and optimize supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with in-house engineering teams, external suppliers, and customers to ensure efficient material flow, timely deliveries, and alignment with project and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute supply chain strategies to support engineering and production requirements.
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams to understand technical specifications and procurement needs.
• Identify and onboard suppliers based on customer requirements, technical capabilities, and cost-effectiveness.
• Conduct regular supplier assessments covering quality, delivery performance, capacity, and compliance.
• Manage supplier relationships, including sourcing, negotiation, performance monitoring, and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate with customers to align delivery schedules, resolve supply issues, and ensure satisfaction.
• Oversee inventory management, logistics, and demand planning.
• Implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements.
• Use data-driven insights to forecast demand and optimize procurement cycles.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals.
• Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Set clear objectives, monitor performance, and support professional development.
• Facilitate cross-functional coordination between engineering, manufacturing, and logistics teams.

Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10-12 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in engineering or manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of procurement, logistics, inventory control, and supplier management.
• Experience working with engineering teams and interpreting technical requirements.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and supply chain analytics tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in aerospace, automotive, or industrial manufacturing sectors.
• Certification in supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, CPIM, PMP).
• Familiarity with lean principles and digital supply chain technologies.
