Supervisor

We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Security Supervisor to lead our security team and ensure the safety and security of our facility, personnel, and visitors. As a Security Supervisor, you will manage a team of security officers, oversee daily operations, enforce safety protocols, and respond to critical incidents or emergencies. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to maintain calm in high-pressure situations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of security officers, ensuring all duties are carried out efficiently and in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Monitor security operations to ensure proper security measures are in place and working effectively.
• Conduct regular security audits and inspections of facilities, equipment, and security protocols to identify and resolve any potential vulnerabilities or breaches.
• Respond to and manage security-related incidents such as accidents, breaches, or emergencies, and ensure the safety of all employees and visitors.
• Ensure all security reports are accurate and submitted on time, including daily logs, incident reports, and shift reports.
• Train and mentor security staff, providing guidance and support to improve team performance and skills.
• Enforce company policies, local, and state regulations, ensuring compliance with safety standards and legal requirements.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services as needed during critical incidents.
• Manage security systems (e.g., alarms, surveillance cameras, access control) and ensure they are properly functioning and monitored.
• Evaluate and recommend improvements for the security program based on current risks, vulnerabilities, and emerging threats.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
