With a passionate team and growing customer base, we're on a mission to make sustainable living accessible and beautiful. ๐ŸŽฏ Your Role: Sales and Operations Executive In this role, youโ€™ll manage service delivery, customer experience, and business growthโ€”playing a key role in both backend operations and customer-facing sales. ๐Ÿ”ง Responsibilities Operations - 1) Coordinate daily work schedules with team. 2) Monitor service delivery, visit customer sites for feedback and issue resolution 3) Maintain simple records: visits, schedules, payments, and attendance 4) Ensure service quality and client satisfaction across all projects Sales & Customer Interaction - 1) Handle inquiries (online + offline) and convert them into paying clients 2) Onboard new customers, explain services, and track leads 3) Collect testimonials, encourage referrals, and upsell additional services 4) Assist with basic local marketing (WhatsApp, posters, housing societies) โœ… Requirements - 1โ€“2 years of experience in field sales, operations, customer service, or similar roles Strong communication and people skills (Hindi essential; basic English preferred) Comfortable with field work and regular customer visits within Lucknow Basic familiarity with WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and task tracking Two-wheeler preferred but not mandatory Passion for sustainability or urban greenery is a strong bonus ๐ŸŽ What We Offer - โ‚น20,000/month post-probation + performance incentives โ‚น10,000/month during probation + performance incentives (3 months probation) Mentorship from the founding team Opportunity to lead a company vertical in future.
