Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Subject Matter Expert (SME) – Hindi to join our academic team in Byculla, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing, reviewing, and improving high-quality educational content in Hindi for students across various grade levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create academic content in Hindi, including lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and explanatory notes
• Ensure content accuracy, grammar, and alignment with the relevant syllabus (CBSE/ICSE/State Board)
• Collaborate with curriculum designers, editors, and graphic teams to deliver learner-centric content
• Review and proofread Hindi content for educational effectiveness and clarity
• Maintain academic integrity and pedagogical soundness of all material
• Stay updated on NEP 2020 and education trends related to Hindi language teaching
• Ensure timely completion and delivery of assigned tasks

Candidate Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in Hindi teaching, academic writing, or curriculum/content development
• Strong proficiency in written and spoken Hindi
• Knowledge of academic standards and assessment methods
• Excellent grammar, vocabulary, and attention to detail
• Prior experience in EdTech, publishing, or textbook development is a plus
• Ability to manage deadlines, take ownership, and work in a collaborative environment
