To always implement safety & security guidelines. To ensure contractor's material is functional or not. To ensure material issue slips before handing over material to the contractor To ensure proper shifting of material the required place. To Ensure Record Labours Shift – Hour Duty To Ensure and Update stock Reports at all times To Ensure Site Cleanliness at all times To Procure Loose materials to the labour whenever asked and needed

Maintain cleanliness of the office, pantry, and workstations. Serve tea/coffee/water to staff and guests. Handle indoor errands – photocopying, filing, organizing stationery, etc. Handle outdoor errands – banking work, picking up/dropping documents, purchasing office or site-related materials when required. Assist staff in minor office or admin-related tasks. Receive and deliver couriers/documents as needed. Monitor and restock pantry and office supplies. Ensure timely opening and closing of the office if required. Support in packing and dispatching material samples or documents. Requirements:Minimum 10th pass or basic literacy. 1–3 years of experience in a similar role preferred. Polite, punctual, and reliable. Basic understanding of cleanliness and hygiene. Two-wheeler with a valid driving license (preferred). Local language (Tamil) must; basic understanding of English is a plus.
