Position Overview:As a Student Success Associate at FinStreet Education, you will play a key role in ensuring our students have an outstanding and seamless learning experience. You’ll be responsible for guiding students through their educational journey, helping them overcome challenges, and ensuring they have the resources they need to succeed. This position requires a proactive, empathetic, and solutions-driven individual who can effectively engage with students and provide exceptional support.

Key Responsibilities:

Student Engagement & Support:
Foster positive relationships with students, ensuring their needs are met and providing guidance on how to succeed in their courses. Serve as the primary point of contact for students regarding academic and non-academic inquiries.

Onboarding & Orientation:
Lead new student onboarding, helping them understand course structures, tools, and resources to ensure they start strong.

Progress Monitoring & Retention:
Regularly track student progress and intervene when necessary to prevent drop-offs. Work closely with students to address academic struggles, provide study strategies, and encourage consistent participation.

Personalized Guidance:
Offer one-on-one support sessions to students who require additional assistance or motivation, tailoring your approach to each individual’s needs and learning style.

Feedback Collection & Analysis:
Gather and analyze student feedback on course content, instructors, and overall experience to provide actionable insights for course improvement and program development.

Collaboration with Faculty:
Work closely with instructors and course designers to ensure that student concerns are addressed in a timely manner, and that any necessary adjustments are made to optimize the learning experience.

Reporting & Metrics:
Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to student satisfaction, engagement, retention, and overall success. Provide regular updates to management on the effectiveness of support strategies.

Community Building:
Foster a strong sense of community among students, encouraging networking, collaboration, and peer support. Organize and host student events or initiatives that promote engagement and connection.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

○ Master’s/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in education, business, or a related field.

○ Proven experience in student services, customer success, or a similar role in an educational setting.

○ Experience in managing student relationships, especially in an online or blended learning environment, is a plus.

Skills & Competencies:

○ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students from diverse backgrounds.

○ Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a focus on finding solutions and overcoming obstacles.

○ Ability to multitask and manage multiple student needs in a fast-paced environment.

○ Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

○ Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and student success tools is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,142.91 - ₹20,414.27 per month

Work Location: In person
