Job Name :Student Intern - Legal Qualification : Final year student of LLB/LLM Duration: 6months (to be present in office 5 days a week) Starting Date: 1st July 2025 Locations: Mumbai/Gurgaon Job Description and Responsibilities: Legal Research Conduct research on legal principles, regulatory updates, and case laws relevant to the oil & gas and technology sectors. Summarize findings and prepare concise legal memos or notes for internal use. Support in Legal Case Management Assist in organizing, tracking, and maintaining legal case files and records. Help prepare case summaries and maintain internal case status reports. Contract Review and Vetting Support the legal team in reviewing and vetting commercial agreements, including non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), vendor contracts, and amendments. Assist in identifying key legal risks and ensuring compliance with company policies. Corporate Secretarial Assistance Assist in preparation and review of corporate documents, board resolutions, and statutory records. Support compliance with local corporate governance requirements. 1.
