Client Account Support Assist the Client Account Manager with day-to-day coordination for Australian client accounts Track service-level metrics, prepare status summaries and flag risks or new requests for action 2. On-Ground Service Management and Rostering Assistance Help create and publish rosters for in-home and facility care Keep audit-ready records of hours, breaks and approvals Resolve routine roster queries from staff; escalate complex issues promptly 3.
