POSITION:Stores Executive
REPORTS TO: Stores In-charge
CO-ORDINATES / DUTIES HANDOVER: Purchase Executive / Stores Executive/Branches
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
· To be responsible of updating maintenance of room and fridge temperature records. If any deviation escalate to superior and Biomedical department.
· Keep work area neat and clean.
· Receiving items from supplier/courier and update it in Inward registers.
· Any short expiry/damage/quantity mismatch/cold chain not maintained received from supplier should be intimated to purchase executive via mail with appropriate document.
· Label the item and store it in appropriate location with FIFO method.
· Update nil stock and ROL Details to DIC.
· Update weekly and monthly stock to DIC.
· Received short expiry kits from branches and update to DIC and liquidate to fast moving branches.
· Verify the indent with present stock and make it ready for packing and dispatching.
· Send the dispatch details/items to branches and acknowledge the same.
· Update the issued item in appropriate records.
· Receiving petty cash from A/C department and settle with proper bills.
