Job Description

Role & responsibilities Ensure team discipline around safety/quality and process requirements in all phases Provide job training (5s training) to Stores team (Phase wise) Ensure control of consumables, raw material & other material issues. Make indent as per PS given by the production team and ensure that available stock is utilized before placing the order. Follow-up with vendors for material at various stages of production to achieve OTIF, inform vendors about order cancellation on time Give a timely update to the production team regarding raw material delivery. Confirm the quality of raw material at the time of unloading with help of QA team. Ensure MLI adherence in the Plant (all 3 phases) Maintain records and update ERP system at regular intervals Check 3 days in a week System V/S Actual Stock and material tag on Stacking. Adhere to SOP Additional Responsibilities: Purchase Hardware and consumable items (Negotiation) Verifying the correctness of PO prepared at HO for raw material and other items. Preferred candidate profile Canteen Facility Bus Facility
