Job Overview

We are looking for a Store And Logistic Executive to join our team at Gridbots Technologies Pvt. Ltd. This role involves managing and maintaining the inventory, coordinating logistics activities, and ensuring smooth operations of the store and supply chain. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in store management and logistics.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 1-3 years of experience in store management and logistics
  • Proven track record in effectively managing inventory and coordinating logistics activities
  • Strong knowledge of store management processes and best practices
  • Familiarity with mechanical and electrical components
  • Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in using inventory management software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team for timely replenishment
  • Ensure proper storage and organization of materials and products
  • Handle incoming and outgoing shipments, including packing, labeling, and tracking
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely delivery of goods
  • Monitor and optimize transportation activities to ensure efficient and cost-effective logistics
  • Maintain records of inventory transactions and generate reports as required
  • Perform regular stock audits to identify discrepancies and take corrective actions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency
  • Adhere to safety and quality standards in all store and logistics activities
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in store management and logistics
  • Note : Do you have knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical spare parts related? This is Mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
