State Head (Sales & Marketing) Electrical Goods HARYANA

You will be responsible for setting up your team of marketing people and managing the business of the team. Your duties will include educating, updating, establishing sales protocol, supervising the sales team, monitoring daily call lists, and ensuring the overall success of your team's business activities. Additionally, you will be required to lead and coordinate regional sales functions, develop sales strategies for Electrical & Electronic goods, identify and develop new customers, analyze the effectiveness of sales strategies, manage sales budgets, and oversee public affairs and marketing programs. As a State Head, you will be responsible for developing manpower plans, training the field force, managing distributor accounts, participating in new project proposals, negotiating sales terms, setting goals and objectives, supervising sales materials and promotion programs, and maintaining positive relations with partners, vendors, and distributors. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of sales quota goals, excellent communication skills, the ability to motivate teams, strong planning and organizational skills, customer orientation, negotiation skills, creativity, leadership qualities, and analytical decision-making abilities. Required skills for this role include B2B sales experience, dealing with dealers and distributors, and a strong background in sales.,
