Job Title: Social Media Expert Location: Mannarkkad Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and analytical Social Media Expert to manage and grow our online presence across all social platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative social media strategies, creating engaging content, analyzing performance metrics, and staying on top of industry trends. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy. Create and curate high-quality, engaging, and brand-aligned content (text, images, video). Schedule and publish content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.). Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization. Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies. Collaborate with the marketing, design, and content teams to align messaging. Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely, professional manner. Run social media ad campaigns and optimize them for maximum ROI. Manage influencer partnerships and brand collaborations where applicable. Requirements: Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Specialist, or similar role. Excellent knowledge of major social media platforms, tools (like Hootsuite, Buffer, Later), and analytics (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics). Strong copywriting, storytelling, and visual content skills. Experience with social media advertising and influencer marketing. Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred. Preferred Skills: Graphic design or video editing experience (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.). Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and web traffic metrics. Creative mindset with a passion for community building and brand voice development.
