Marketplace Management : Own day-to-day operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, BigBasket, Swiggy Instamart, etc. Order Fulfillment : Monitor orders, returns, and replacements to ensure timely fulfillment. Listing Management : Create, optimize, and update product listings (titles, descriptions, images, keywords). Campaign Management : Liaise with consultants/agencies running ads (Amazon, Flipkart), assist with deals, coupons, and visibility programs. Inventory Management : Track stock levels, coordinate with production/warehouse for dispatches. Reporting : Generate sales reports, track KPIs, and analyze platform-specific performance. Collaboration : Work closely with the founder, digital marketing team, and external consultants. Ideal Candidate Minimum 5 years of experience in ecommerce operations (preferably D2C brands or FMCG). Strong hands-on knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and other marketplace panels. Comfortable coordinating across internal teams and external agencies. Detail-oriented, reliable, and takes full ownership of deliverables. Bonus: Knowledge of tools like Excel, Canva, Helium10, or basic Photoshop.
