We are looking for enthusiastic nurses who want to get hands-on experience with in-ambulance emergency cases and also at-home nursing services.

Responsibilities

1. This is a full time, shift-based role.

2. Nurses could be assigned any shift at any of the active stations across the city.

3. Although, each nurse can give 2 preferred locations,(from the list of active stations) which would be taken into consideration.

4. Each shift is 12 hours. Morning shift: 8 AM - 8 PM || Night shift: 8 PM - 8 AM. The Nurse will not get a preference in the shift assigned.

5. The Nurse must be comfortable in downloading and operating apps. We have a specific app for nurses through which cases will be assigned each day.

6. The Nurse would be asked to stay at the ambulance until a case is assigned.

For any Non-Ambulance or At-Home service booking, the Nurse will have to travel to the customers location on their 2- wheeler, deliver the service and then come back to the assigned ambulance.

7. The Nurse would adhere to all standard procedures of Flash, for accepting the case, speaking to the customer and ambulance protocols.

8. Working days in a month are 26/27, with 6 or 7 working shifts per week. (1 day week-off)

9. The nurse must own/ have access to a 2-wheeler to commute within the city

Required Skills

Apart from the basic nursing skills, we would prefer someone with experience in the below services to be given at-home :

IV cannulation

Managing bed ridden patients, or patients with surgical tubes done like - Tracheostomy, Ryles tube, Urinary Cather etc.

Competent in handling Cardiac Arrest, RTA, Bleeding, Lifting & Moving, Unconscious patients

Handle equipment like, Defibrillator, Syringe Pump, Vital monitors etc.

Comfortable in speaking and understanding English, Hindi and Kannada

Min 1 year of experience working in the ICU
