Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurses to join our growing team. As a Staff Nurse at SIMS, you will play a critical role in delivering quality patient care and supporting the clinical team in day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care as per physician instructions and hospital protocols
• Monitor patient conditions, maintain accurate medical records, and report any changes
• Administer medications and IV therapies
• Prepare patients for procedures and assist doctors during clinical processes
• Ensure infection control and patient safety standards are upheld
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families
• Participate in nursing audits, training programs, and continuous quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of clinical experience preferred (freshers may also apply)
• ANM/Paramedical/GNM/BSC

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
