Job Description

Key Responsibilities: * Patient Care: Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to diverse patient populations. * Assessment and Planning: Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, develop and implement nursing care plans. * Medication Administration: Administer medications safely and accurately. * Vital Signs Monitoring: Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any abnormalities. * Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with interdisciplinary teams, communicate patient information. * Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely records of patient care. Requirements: * Education: Nursing degree (ADN or BSN) and current licensure. * Skills: Strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and communication abilities. * Experience: Previous nursing experience preferred.
