Key Responsibilities of an OHC Staff Nurse:

Health Assessments and Screenings:
Conducting routine health checks and screenings to identify potential health risks and monitor employee health.
First Aid and Emergency Care:
Providing immediate care for injuries and illnesses that occur at work, including wound care, assessment, and referrals to appropriate healthcare providers.
Health Education and Promotion:

Case Management:

Collaboration and Communication:
