Staff Nurse – Dialysis Department

Job Summary: Meditrina Hospital, Kollam is seeking experienced and dedicated Staff Nurses to join our Dialysis Department . The ideal candidate should possess 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in managing dialysis procedures and patient care in a dialysis setting. Key Responsibilities: Provide nursing care to patients undergoing dialysis. Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment. Ensure the safe and effective use of dialysis equipment. Maintain accurate patient records and reports. Assist physicians and respond to emergencies as required. Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and hospital standards. Requirements: GNM/B.Sc. Nursing qualification from a recognized institution. Valid Nursing Council Registration. 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in a dialysis unit. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with a patient-centric approach.
