Role Description: Proposal Analyst A proposal Analyst will be responsible for creating and writing proposals for potential clients and employers. The job involves researching the needs, understanding the products and services, and creating a proposal that outlines how StackNexus can meet the client’s needs. A portion of this role will include working with different stakeholders and delivering proposal and solutions. Key Responsibilities: - • Developing proposal outlines, writing content, and editing proposals for clarity, accuracy, and consistency. • Ensuring that proposals are compliant with client requirements and regulations. • Creating visually appealing and professional proposals using graphics, charts, and diagrams. • Coordinating and managing the proposal development process from start to finish. • Collaborating with the sales team and project managers to develop proposals that meet client requirements • Conducting quality assurance reviews of proposals to ensure they meet company standards. • Maintaining and updating proposal databases and other relevant documentation. Requirements:- • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as English, Communications, Business, or IT. • Proposal's experience in analyzing RFP's (Requests for Proposal) and RFIs (Requests for Information) for U.S. Federal, State, Local and Education clients. • Ability to work independently and proactively seek out information and resources as needed and have past experience working in presales or working in RFP, RFO and RFIs. • Having 2 to 5 years of experience in US RFPs. • Demonstrated ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver high-quality proposals. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present proposals effectively to clients and stakeholders. • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Ability to work collaboratively with teams and stakeholders across the organization. • Must be proficient in MS Word and Excel.
