Legal & Statutory Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, Factory Act provisions, and company policies. Maintain statutory compliance and timely submission of reports. Contract Management: Manage contract workforce deployment and ensure compliance with labor laws. Stakeholder & Crisis Management: Act as a bridge between employees, management, and external stakeholders. Handle crisis situations like strikes or emergencies. Health, Safety & Quality: Ensure compliance with H&S policies and strive for zero fatality and zero lost-time incidents. Qualification & Experience: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent. 10-15 years of experience, preferably in a unionized manufacturing setup. Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliances. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
